Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout using UPS real-time rates.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless stated otherwise in a promotion.

Available UPS services include:

• UPS Ground Saver (Most affordable)

• UPS Ground

• (Optional: UPS 3 Day Select, if you choose to offer it)

We only offer services that keep your cost low and deliver reliably.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the shipping service you select at checkout. Typical estimates:

• UPS Ground Saver: 2–7 business days

• UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

• UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days

Please note: Delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Order Changes & Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If this happens, please contact UPS directly with your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist, but carriers control final delivery.

Undeliverable Packages / Returned to Sender

Packages returned due to:

• incorrect address

• unclaimed items

• refusal at delivery

…may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Alternatively, a refund (minus shipping costs) may be issued once the package is returned and inspected.
