We want you to feel confident ordering from Jigged Fishing Tackle. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.
We understand you may need to inspect your item before deciding to return it.

Please wait for return approval before sending anything back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and free of wear, damage, or signs of fishing use

All original parts, inserts, and packaging must be included

Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Used or worn items cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different item or color, you may return your unused product and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos so we can review the issue and make it right.
If approved, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you when your refund is approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
